Interview
- The interview process is quite long and has multiple stages, but you get to meet many great leaders in the company.
- The case study stages were more competitive and requires preparation, can refer to the case study preps for consulting firms. The final stages were more casual, mainly to understand whether you fit the company culture and expectations.
behavioral interview held offline at the office. the interviewer was friendly and conducted in Indonesian. The question was basically given study case and want to see how we react to such situation.
