Virtual interviews - the interviewers were very friendly and kept the interview more conversational.
The problem with the company is that you do the interviews and then are ghosted with no follow-up. Candidates are not generally offended if they are not selected but it is disrespectful to waste time and not close the loop.
They talked a lot about being "employee owned" and that it makes everyone feel responsible for the success of the company. It should extend to recruiting as well and being responsible for creating a good experience for all candidates.
