Shorterm Group interview questions

A 1 hour phone call describing how amazing the job is and how much money I could make. Didn't really ask me any questions about my skills or qualifications, I found this odd and I was listening 90% of the time. This lead me to suspension so I did some research on the company and found out its a boiler room style business, cold calling with a very bad reputation. No resources or marketing to gather leads. Do not treat staff fair and actually charge you a fee you to work for them which is deducted from your wage. Very low retention rate, most employees leaving after a few months. I had actually managed to track down an old employee and he warned me to stay away from the company at all costs and to not be fooled by their "potential high earning job" lies.

Simple, straight forward. More informal. Asked about history, transportation to and from work, and any previous history of working with trains or doing something simlar. Asked about how work would fit into my life, how am I working night shift
