Had my first interview with one of the managers, super chilled out guy. Asked me about 5 or 6 questions and told me about what goes on at the company and the departments. Told me there'd be a second interview. Which took place literally straight after the one with him, spoke to another manager. They went into detail with the questions a bit more, dug deeper really and told me they'd get in touch with me in a few days. Overall, the interview was really good and probably lasted about 30 minutes! Had done a major amount of prep purely because I get quite a bit of anxiety, didn't really need the prep though. A tip would be to, just be yourself!

Applied online and received a phone call inviting me to an interview. Interview took place on the shop floor where I was asked questions from a sheet. Received an email a few days later with an offer.
