Shri Ram New Horizons interview questions

The opportunity was for Dhaka, Bangladesh location for the position of IT trainer. After getting confirmation from one of their senior recruiter Apeksha, that they selected me, It was 1st Oct'15 when I also got another offer from another company and that was my joining date. The recruiter requested me not to sign joining formalities as they will be issuing offer letter 5th Oct'15 due to holidays. She continued this way delaying issuing the offer for another 10 days. After that when I called she didn't received. She even told me that, "if your present company force to sign appointment letter you can deny to do so, as by end of day you will receive offer letter from us." Thank GOD I choose the right one by accepting the offer from my present company not this highly unorganized, unprofessional, unethical company.
