Very laid back. We talked a lot about my personal interests and a little about law school. They were interested in what my future careers goals were. Overall, the interview was a great learning experience.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Shumaker & Sieffer in Apr 2019
Interview
Two rounds of interview. Was referred by another attorney working there. First round included half a day of interviews and lunch. Second round was more nuanced. It took a while to hear back.
Single round with introductions. The introduced the firm and the job description. Did not ask as many questions as expected. They described the role well. Rejected after being told I was a great fit.
