Phone screen with hiring manager who was friendly and professional. Next a phone interview with the CEO. I then did a final round in person with CEO and a few other team members.

They did some behavioural questions which placed me in situations where I had to draw on past experience to explain what I would do or how I handled the situation.

The whole process took about a month from start to finish.
I did an initial call with the role manager and then the CEO and then an in person with several senior members of the team.
Everyone was knowledgable about the company and open to all the questions I had. The team appeared smart and motivated.
The interviews were casual and open, really about getting to know what I offer and more about the company. There were no brain teasers which I was worried about after reading these reviews!

After applying online, I received an email inviting me to interview. The process for scheduling an interview was very efficient, and I had three interview stages: phone screen with hiring manager, in-person with team and VP of Sales, then in-person with CEO.
