1) After screening, a first interview takes places with a senior consultant to screen mostly motivation 2) Interview with a partner involving a business case. 3 days before the interview, the candidate receives a quite open problem statement, which he/she gets to prepare. During the interview he/she is asked to present a solution. The extra questions are tough. Also some analytical guestimation can be expected. 3) Final interview with managing partner
