Side interview questions

They took a long time to respond and share next steps. Felt like I was kept on a string for a while. Made it to third round. After 4 weeks they emailed a rejection. Fine, but could have been a lot smoother. I felt they kept me as a backup but just assumed I would be there if needed, instead of communicating.

The first interview was with the hiring Manager; the second interview was with a potential team member; the third interview was with a group of peers and included a case study; the fourth and final interview was with a VP.
