I applied online. I interviewed at Sidewalk Labs (New York, NY) in May 2021
Interview
It's a bit of a lengthy process, so definitely give yourself a lot of time. There's the standard HR chat, a non-technical chat with an engineer, a HackerRank take home covering algorithms/general coding, and then the "onsite" covering general coding, algorithms, and system design.

Question 1
Standard algorithms/design/coding was covered. Not a lot of emphasis on prior experience and not much in the way of weird behavioral questions.

One 4hr onsite (virtual) with multiple coding questions and a system design
