A 45 minute phone screening with HR, followed by an immediate 2 hour project. Following that the next (perhaps final step?) is 3 interviews (30 minutes) with different team members.
Everyone was friendly. However, I found the final step kind of inefficient. No one seemed familiar with my work/resume and it felt like everyone was getting a very "piece" vs whole body look at my work. It did feel like they do a lot of interviewers.
After that, I did not hear back from them. I reached out several weeks after my interview with a friendly email and got not response. While I know hiring is busy, I do think after 5 hours of time and meeting with multiple employees, a quick email update should be expected. They are a marketing company, after all, so should know how to automate that.

Question 1
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?
I applied online. I interviewed at Siege Media in Jan 2021
Interview
The first step is a quick phone interview followed by a two-hour project. After this stage, three people will each do a 30-minute Zoom interview with you in a row. The interviews are separate but they will each ask you pretty much the exact same questions three times in a row. A bit silly.
