Would not recommend going through the hassle. Between screenings, panels, onsite visit, I went through about 5 different interviews and countless phone calls over the course of 2 months. Finally got an offer after being patient, and was rushed to respond to it. I tried to negotiate but was immediately shut down; no room for any conversation and caught rude comments for even attempting. Regardless, I was still considering the role and I wanted to use a little more time to think it over. Offer letter stated I had 5 business days before it expired. Company did not honor what was in writing and revoked my offer just hours after I tried to negotiate. Big lack of respect, trust, and patience. Quite unprofessional in my experience.
The interview process was positive. The team was thoughtful. It was an even mix of behavioral and technical questions. Overall I enjoyed it. Do your research and come prepared with your own questions.
