Was never asked why I might be a good fit for the job despite being more than capable with an exceptional overlap of transferable skills for the position. Most questions were purely technical and didn't seem to care about the capabilities of the candidate. One of the interviewers seemed completely disinterested and unengaged during the entire interview.
