Sierra Pacific has a more behavior interview opposed to a technical interview. Convince them that you, have a good attitude, can be reliable will, and will try hard. If you can do those things, they have a job you can do. The jobs the entry level jobs are not tough intellectually, but there is alot of repetition, and they need reliability
