It was just a bunch of questions that I had to answer. He asked about my education. He told me to be careful about getting a degree online. I got the job. I had to be fingerprinted. I had to do a TB test.

Was 5 questions and basic seniors of what you would do. A group of three people and you in a conference room. Took a total of 10 mins to do it. Simple questions.

Used to be a panel with all Principals. Now, there is nothing formal, when interviewing, and most likely Admins. and School Board put in their own child to fill a vacancy.
