Take home testing Python oop had to implement features like add column etc extending their base classes. Followed up by an engineer that went through choices etc.
awesome process not leetcody style asks real problems that the company actually faced. 4 rounds total oa then recruiter screening then oa review then final technical round. recruiter did take some time to respond.

OA -> Recruiter Screening -> OA Review with Engineer -> Final round live coding.
Pretty cool process, feels personal throughout. OA involves basic OOD, spreadsheet implementation, in language of your choice. Heard back around 2 weeks after OA for recruiter screening, had OA review scheduled next week, and final round the week after. Got offer the day later.
