It is a very thorough interview process. They really want to get to know you, how you think, and your ways of working. The best thing you can do is be authentic. I've heard it's easy for them to tell when someone is putting on a show.

Question 1
The most difficult interview is the "extemp interview." It's a series of role plays where you act out certain scenarios that are common or are likely to happen. Fun if you dive into them.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity (Richmond, VA)
Interview
Informational Interview, 2 phone interviews, detailed application, in person interview, case study, role play, behavioral questions. In person interview lasts 36 hours (fly you in, put you up in hotel, take you eat, etc)
Must be a leader, proven history of successful culture change, a high performer, attended leadership events, and passionate about the organization and our mission. Don't come here just for a paycheck.
