They use an AI to interview, which constantly interrupts you when you try to speak. It does not seem to entirely factor into the decision, considering I was able to score a job here.

Apply and get called for an interview. The process is not long. You go through a pre screening before your actual interview but is all a quick process. Your interview is typically conducted in person.
It was smooth an went well the manager was nice an was very thorough about the job I learned a lot about the company were I would be working at as long as what I will be doing an what I will be wearing
