I had a bad interview experience at Silent Eight. The first round of interview with the technical recruiter named Marta went well. The recruiter told me that there would total 3 rounds of interviews, first two would be the technical rounds and the last one would be with hiring manager. So, after the first round of interview with you technical recruiter ( which went quite well). I was selected for second round of interview which was scheduled after a long time with a developer named Adam who was based out of Poland. The second round also went quite well, Adam was a well spoken person and a very gentle guy. He responded with a positive feedback. Till this point everything seemed good and the third round of interview was scheduled with the Hiring manager ( which was again after a long time). I was excited about it but then when I joined the meeting it was a surprise for me that this interview was not with the Hiring manager, its was a technical interview with a person named Ganesh K S. This person took a technical coding interview for about 2 hours even though the interview was scheduled for 45 mins. Very unprofessional, this was the point where things going wrong. In the first place they switched a Hiring manager interview into a technical interview and technical interview was also streched for 2 hours, even after this I was expecting that I will receive a feedback from the recruiter I didn't receive any feedback. After two weeks of waiting I mailed the recruiter asking for feedback and she told me that they moving ahead with another candidate. Such an unprofessional behaviour from Silent Eight ! They just wasted a lot of time of mine.!
