I submit the application online but didnt hear back from them for 2 weeks. It took too long. I end up dont proceed with them and went some other place.

Interview process was a bit different than my expectation. First interview was OK, just an introduction. The second was a task (that lacked a more concrete description) and a research idea. Probably this is oriented specifically at people with the specific way of thinking, not towards industry professional.
