I received a phone interview from the human resources department. They told me they would send me paperwork to fill out and I never received anything. Two weeks later I received another call about the same position I told the human resources person I was very interested but again never received the paperwork to fill out.

Bizarre. Felt more like a psychological exam. They were not all that concerned about my work history but wanted to know a whole lot about my personal life. I was made to take several tests, personality, and then mathematical. Really hard math. They are also religious as a group, events were described to me that included group prayer. The offices are really nice. The hiring manager was very professional and responsive. An offer was made but at 25% less than market standard. The next company I interviewed with offered me 10% over.

Interview
I was initially contacted by their in house recruiter. Recruiter called for a phone interview. Was given extensive on line personality and intellilgence testing. Asked to go for two in person interviews. Followed up with another informal phone interview and then received offer letter. Responded to offer letter with counter. They revised offer letter and we settled on a salary and bonus. Accepted position.
