Simeone & Miller interview questions

Responded to the job post ad on a career website and sent in the required resume and writing sample. Two to three days later, I got an email to call and schedule an interview date with their Paralegal Manager and one of the attorneys. Arrived at the office, was offered refreshments, and was interviewed one on one first with the Paralegal Manager and then with one of the attorneys. Very thorough interview, asked me lots of questions about my background and what I stand for. I asked my questions, which led to more discussions about what the position was about. They were mostly looking to see who they felt would be the best fit for the office responsibilities and who would get along best with the different personalities in the office.
