I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Simform (Ahmedabad).

Interview

Initial HR screening and after that Technical Skype round. Technical round was conducted by two of their senior developers. Interviewers were unprofessional to some extent. They only had knowledge related to the work they were doing currently on their projects. They even asked my current salary and expected salary. I think salary discussion is confined to HR and should not be discussed by the developers.

There were three rounds first an online aptitude test second a technical interview and third a coding test
There were no specia HR interview rounds this was for the campus placement of the company

The interview process was fine, 2 rounds were taken by a technical BA lead and its difficulty level was more than average.

I cleared both the rounds but they said that my salary expectations was high which they already knew before taking the interview and still no HR round was conducted and they didn't even bother to reply for the same.

Aptitude was very easy. Anyone can crack it. Then Skype Personal Interview round has been organized. some of us got called directly on our mobile phone via Google Duo. That was virtual placement drive and it was very first time for me. good experience. I like it. A big thumbs Up
