After several virtual Interviews, The interview went really well — the team was incredibly nice and welcoming, and the whole conversation felt natural rather than formal. It lasted about 35–45 minutes, and most of the questions focused on my background and previous work experience. I genuinely felt like I nailed it because the conversation flowed so well, and they seemed engaged and positive throughout. I was really excited about the opportunity, as everything about the company and the interview felt like the right fit. The only disappointing part was not receiving a response to my follow-up email or any update regarding the final decision. As someone who truly values communication and professionalism, I wish there had been some acknowledgment or closure. Even a short update goes a long way in showing respect for a candidate’s time and effort.
