The interview is simple. First aptitude test(basic questions)
Two technical rounds(Basic questions about Oracle, Database,etc)
HR round( Basic questions about yourself, what was your project, what will you do when you place problems while working here,etc)

In depth interview they will seriously test your technical knowledge!
Interview process was indeed difficult to crack even compared to big MNC companies.
They are not offering very less package compared to difficulty level of interview.
