Simplify. (TX) interview questions

Brief and to the point. We had a 1:1 and a group interview that went very well. The drew from my past experience and crafted questions that spoke to my resume and allowed me to "sell myself" to them as an ideal candidate.

There was no real process for this position. Much of the interview was conducted over the phone via a third party. It was very hard to get time to speak with anyone even though they expressed interest in me. The process/ steps were not clearly defined.
