Simplotel Regional Manager interview questions

The interview process was worst as the hr person was too busy to take a skype interview. thrice the time changed and finally we ended the round with a simple phone call that lasted not more than 15secs. After the call, i was told that he would get back to me & it took him more than 2 weeks to do that. I finally called the co-founder since i had to share my ppt, but unfortunately he didnt bother to call me back. Now my ppt is rotting in his system. After all this fuss i suddenly get a mail, that i was rejected. CONCLUSION: A CANDIDATE CAN GET REJECTED WITHOUT AN INTERVIEW ,WHICH THEY CLAIM THEY HAVE !! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME IN PREPARING PPTs IF CONCERNED PERSON IS NOT EVEN BOTHERING TO GET BACK TO YOU.
