Interview
It was almost 3 hour process. Started with Introduction, followed by Group Activity with other candidates and then it is Role Play (topic is given to you beforehand to prepare) and Interview where you are asked about your past experiences and what value you can add if you are selected.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Simply Business (Northampton, England) in Jan 2023

there were two stages to the interview. A 45 minute role play session, and then a further 45 mins competency questioning for part 2. It was a different experience, and the people who interviewed and done the role play were very friendly and put me at ease which got rid of the nerves.

The interview process was straight forward, I didn’t get nervous because the interviewees didn’t allow me to be, I felt comfortable. Part 1 was a role play and part 2 was based Competency-based

i found the whole process quite open and comfortable I also enjoyed being able to be with other possible applicants as this allowed a time for us to show our communication skills in team settings also
