I was always kept informed and updated of what was going on behind the scenes of my interview which meant I was never waiting for answers, this was highly appreciated and removed the natural anxiety which comes with an interview process. Shab was always checking in to ensure I was comfortable with the process and she ensured my needs were accommodated, again very helpful. There were four stages to my interview which would usually feel quite excessive but as everyone involved was helpful, transparent with their feelings and accommodating, the process felt smooth.
