Initial interview were handled thru phone and the final interview were handled by a Sr. Medtech. Final interview consisted of your background, skills, and technical questions. The atmosphere was light, and calm. It wasn't intimidating at all.

The interview process was relatively easy from initial to final. The initial interview was conducted thru phone, and the final interview was face to face with the hiring manager, and it was held at their main office which is at Ortigas.

For the final interview, they asked more on the processes inside the laboratory and some situational instances (for example: how does QC work)
The interview was chill. Just a normal interview with questions regarding your experience. The panelist was accommodating and was nice when answering my questions. I believe she'll make a great teacher.
