Interview
A very straightforward interview.
Stage 1: SPF Tea Session.
There’ll be you and other candidates joining the session. Interviewer will ask each and everyone to share about themselves, and why want to join SPF. Other questions may be posed. Nothing too serious here.
Stage 2: Panel Interview.
I had an interview with 2 Officers. A very chill interview i would say. Basic questions as, why do you want to join? What do you know about SPF? Questions may vary.
Stage 3: Police Selection Assessment.
For this you’ll have to go to Police Cantonment to do your psychometric test. there’ll be a time limit of 2hrs to complete it.
Stage 4: 2nd Panel Interview.
Similar to the first one. They’ll ask again why do you want to join, etc. A very chill interview too.
Stage 5: Medical Check up.
They’ll send you an email to choose a clinic of your choice for your checkup. Be quick, as the slots are always filled.
Total process took about 2 months plus. Overall interview and process was quite smooth for me personally. In between, they’ll ask you to send documents needed.
If you’re keen to join, try to read up about SPF’s core values, missions & the different types of things they do. Such as policing work, administrative work, community engagement and etc.
Be honest in your answers, and be confident too.
All the best to those who are considering or applying! i hope this review helps.
