The interview process started with an online application. After submitting, HR contacted me in about a week for a short phone interview. They asked about my background, why I applied, expected salary, and start date. Also touched briefly on my knowledge of SingPost.
Next was an assessment—typing test, MS Word/Excel tasks, and some basic logic/admin scenario questions. Fairly practical.
Then came the panel interview with the dept supervisor, team lead, and HR. Lasted ~45 mins. They asked how I’d handle multitasking, delivery issues, and my experience with admin systems and teamwork.
Lastly, HR followed up to go over the offer—salary, benefits, and terms. Whole process was clear and well-structured.
