In-person initial screening, followed by a more formal conversation / interview with in-depth interviews focusing on legal knowledge, analytical skills, cultural fit, and case-specific discussions. Then a quick intro / tour of offices.

I got this internship via a cold mail. I worked there for several months, however the managing partner there is never in the office. I was able to work only with the associates and sometimes the senior associates.
