I applied online. I interviewed at SingleStone in Apr 2025
Interview
I connected really well with the recruiter and she harped about how much the company values communication, transparency, etc. Then after the second interview, I didn't hear back so I reached out two weeks later and was told to wait two weeks more for a decision. It was crickets since then. Meanwhile the recruiter posts almost every single day on LinkedIn about these values and how much it means to the company but she can't send one email to give me updates and reject me from the interview process. Don't waste your time with this company.

Question 1
Experience with project management and communication with stakeholders
The process was seemless. There were alot of questions however, it appeared as if the company was looking for a specific type of person. I has enough experience for the position but they ended up going with someone from the same school as the director

Interview
Applied on LinkedIn and heard back about three weeks later:
Pros: Let me know upfront how many interviews were in the process, shared benefits information after the first call with the recruiter. Those I talked with in the company were extremely friendly and made the interviews feel very comfortable.
Cons: Had one interview left in the process and the recruiter ghosted me after already going through three of the four interviews. Only told me they went with another candidate after I emailed them over one week after my first email to my recruiter checking in. Pretty unprofessional, considering they were only interviewing two other candidates they could have told me I was out of the running when they no longer saw me fit for the role.
Recruiter also scheduled/confirmed interview times very late. I received an interview invite at 10pm for the next day at 11AM, this was days after giving my availability. Thankfully it worked for my schedule, but as someone who has an unpredictable meeting schedule (something I mentioned upfront) this wasn't exactly courteous.
