To the interviewer — there’s no need to boast about having 30 years of experience while looking down on candidates. The questions asked were mostly unrelated to the actual job scope, and the overall attitude made the interview experience quite discouraging. If this reflects the company culture, it’s understandable why the turnover rate might be high. Expecting candidates to handle tasks outside the defined job scope while offering low pay isn’t sustainable. I’ve decided to not accept the offer.
