Interview
Two rounds - second includes HR and the reporting supervisor.
Questions not so technical but felt more like a chat and finding out reasons for wanting to join and so on
Invited for a screening interview with a director (to understand your motivations, past work experiences etc, pretty standard) followed by online assessment. Online assessments was easy - just has to do with culture fit and personality.
A case study (given about 48 hours to prepare) followed by presentation to the hiring manager. Case presentation was reasonable but still challenging compared to the other two steps given that you might be critiqued for your points and also have to be prepared to share your opinions.
