Interview
I was invited for the Innovation Challenge, a group case study interview where around 10 groups of 4-5 people were assessed in the same room. The overall process was very structured and less intimidating, compared to what I heard about how the challenge was conducted in previous years. Lunch was provided, and we had an opportunity to network with our interviewers after presenting our final work to the assessors.

Round 2: Innovation challenge (Solve a case study as a group, fully guided by them to assess how you work in a team setting)

In the final interview, you are grouped with individuals from the same major and are asked questions that allow the interviewers to understand your character and thought processes. These questions are largely group behavioural interview questions.
