The interview process consisted of a 4 v 1 group interview where they ask you 100 questions all at once and make you feel uncomfortable. An overall uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment from the moment I walked into their office.
Only went through the first interview with the recruiter, we had a great conversation, and she was great. I just never got a reason why I was never selected, which I wish they did.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SiteZeus
Interview
I found it interesting that they put "SiteZeus promises professionalism and respect for your time in every step of the process." directly in their job listings because I do feel that my time was wasted. I was contacted for a screening and the weekend before I was set to interview, I went to go see the job posting again and it said "hiring for this position has been put on hold". I fully expected for my interview to be cancelled, but it wasn't. However, when I got on the call, she was very rushed and seemed to want to get off the call as soon as possible. She said verbatim that my experience was exactly what they were looking for, and she wanted me to meet the hiring manager next week. She really only asked me one or two questions total - and did not allow me to ask any questions myself. The half-hour scheduled call lasted a total of less than ten minutes. Then, I got an auto-rejection email about three or four days later. The whole thing seemed pretty unprofessional.
