The process started when a recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn for the Software Engineer Summer Internship role. After I shared my resume and availability, they scheduled an initial recruiter call. The communication was clear and professional. The first call focused on my background, work authorization, location, salary expectations, and whether I had other interviews or pending offers. I was then moved to the next round, which was scheduled as a 45-minute interview focused on my experience, technical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
