I applied online, and received an email from HR asking me to come in for an interview. The interview was a roundtable with the CEO, two Operations team members, and the HR coordinator. It consisted mainly of the CEO explaining the position, and soliciting feedback from the Operations team members. There were very few questions for me. At the end, they asked me what questions I had for them, of which I asked a couple. Frankly, I didn't have many, as the hour was spent mainly explaining all aspects of the job to me.
