Interview
Competency based interview with 2 individuals. First talked through my CV and answered probing questions about elements of it and then I was asked some competency based questions with each interviewer taking turns to ask questions from a pre-prepared form . I was then asked if I had any questions, which they duly answered. I was then advised of the next steps regarding the next stage of assessment if I was successful after the 1st interview.

Contact by linkedin, interview with HR, HR head and CEO. Overall process was ok. Not much transparency about company's financial situation and about not paying bonus over the last 3 years.
