Alright, somewhat unprofessional.
The interview process was that you have a screening to see if you're a good fit. Afterwards you would get an assessment of some possible customer tickets. If you pass that, you would get five interviews. A peer panel interview, one with a manager, a hiring manager, a culture fit and one with the director.
I had some pleasant interviews, however, I had to reschedule since it didn't fit with theirs. Eventually, I had two interviews, a peer panel and another with the manager. They cancelled my last interview with the Hiring Manager, stating that they got caught up in a meeting, only later to tell me that they wouldn't continue with the hiring process. I was told later that they were looking for someone with relevant tech and game support experience, despite being asked a handful of customer service questions.
I find it a bit unprofessional that they promised five interviews and decided to not go through with it. Haven't experienced that before. Also odd that they have a huge list of jobs but seem to be somewhat picky for a little over minimum pay.
