I applied via Skin Laundry website and heard back the next day for an interview with Aly, the recruiter. I set up a phone interview, which went great. Aly was super welcoming and made the process feel very authentic and non stressful. I was then asked to complete an in person interview at the location that I applied for. Once the Interview was set up and completed, I was offered a position the next day. The interview felt very genuine and I felt very comfortable from the beginning!

Very welcoming and fun experience. The entire interview process took about a week with 4 rounds in total. I appreciated their timely communication! It was nice to meet each interviewer one-on-one both virtual and in person. The first round was on the phone with lead talent then virtual with lead RN, in person with clinic manager, and virtual with the regional director. This allowed me to meet the team and get to know each individual on a personal level.
