Interview here if you want to be ghosted. After successfully interviewing with the recruiter and three people, I was scheduled with three more people back to back on the same day. Unfortunately I had an urgent family emergency and asked the recruiter to reschedule about 2 hours before the interviews. That’s when I was completely ghosted. No response whatsoever. If you can’t accommodate a schedule change in good faith with some level of decency, why would anyone want to work at your company? It’s little things like these that tell you all you need to know about a company’s values. Avoid Skipify at all costs.
