Interesting interview, both with lead engineers and HR. The negative point of the process is that the salary question comes last and while the interview you have no knowledge about salary range. If I knew the salary range, i would not participate in the interview process.
It was done Remotely, a few questions about my past job experience then we discussed Salary expectations but I found they pay too low for my experience that's why I decided to end the interview short
Initial Screening, technical hands on interview, system design and architecture. Final step is behavioural with a couple of managers and hr department. In general not too short but not very lengthy either
