SkyHop Global interview questions

Started with an interview over Indeed. After that, it took a week to hear back from a team member who couldn't even write a professional email. Then they invited me to a "technical interview" where the same person arrived late. The interviewers showed no emotion and acted like robots. Waste of time!

I was asked about my experience on hiring and told them in the past there’s a pipeline that HR gives me of candidates and that me and another colleague make the executive decision together (since we have to work them). Well… I notice the interviewer Mary scrunched up her face and said it’s not you making the decision alone? The irony that falls on her is that there was another hiring manager interviewing me with her. I got the “we’ll call you don’t call us” at the end of interview.
