Interview
They had the same opening for over a year, they interview a lot of people, and ask for advice and strategy, they offer a good salary to lure people
then they pretend to be tough, they are disorganized, have an extremely high turn over rater...
2 people left the company since the interview started..
The owner blames all mistakes on past employees, and will not take responsibility, her end goal is to show good numbers to offload the company..
