I met with the CEO/Cofounder after he reached out to me on LinkedIn. We had some mutual contacts from a previous employer. The role was for the first Product hire.
I then had subsequent conversations with the CTO/Cofounder and the engineering leads.
I had to present a project I had worked on, and how my team took it from zero to one.
I really liked Skyflow's vision and the caliber of the founding team, so I ended up taking the job. I have been at Skyflow for about a year and a half now, and I am very happy in my role.
Given it is a high growth startup, the interview process is constantly evolving. My advice to candidates is show your interest in Skyflow by asking great questions and doing your due diligence on the market and the industry.
