My interview process with Skyflow was one of the best I've had. It all started with the recruiter-- he was engaged, easy to work with, and very helpful. From the very first call, it was clear that the recruiter had great intentions. Rather than trying to get me to sell him on why I was a great fit, he sold me why Skyflow was a great fit for me. Every step I had, he reassured me that I was the right person, and helped me prepare for the interviews so I could put my best foot forward.
I interviewed with a few other folks as part of the process (head of sales, head of sales ops, and the CRO). My final step would have been a panel interview, but I didn't make it that far. The CRO did not give me a pass.
Although it wasn't the outcome I set out to achieve, I write this review because I came out the other end more informed, educated, and a better sales rep. I ended up starting to read a book that was recommended to me. Why? Every interview had thought provoking questions, some that I hadn't pondered as much as I wished I had.
This interview was a stepping stone to crush my future conversation. As we all know, when one door closes, another one opens.
