They use a two stage interview process. At the first interview, they don't ask you much, claiming the screener online was all they need. Here, they tell you everything you want to hear to want to join the company. Then you have a call back for a more formal interview.

I was immediately told that I would be on my own and that they would expect to cold call family and friends to sell financial products. It was very clear that they were not interested in advising people, but in selling sketchy products to turn a quick commission. I couldn't leave fast enough.

Interview
3 step process: 1st an information interview and tour of the office. 2nd is all behavior based questions and 3rd is talking about compensation and how the pay works. It was very conversational and not too cold cut questions. He has a packet of all the behavioral based questions and very straight forward and simple.
